(1) Adjustment of machines and tools. In order to ensure the uniformity of the subsoiler operation, the subsoiler should be adjusted to a certain level after being hooked with the tractor. First, the implement is lowered to the position where the shovel tip is close to the ground through the hydraulic system, and then stopped. Carefully observe whether the heights of the left and right shovel tips from the ground are consistent. If any deviation is found, the horizontal state in the left and right directions can be adjusted by the left and right tie rods suspended behind the tractor. During operation, adjust the horizontal state in the front and rear directions. After the subsoiling operation reaches the specified depth, check whether the horizontal state before and after is qualified. (2) Adjust the depth of tillage. The depth of subsoiling operation is generally determined according to the depth of the bottom plough of the cultivated soil. The depth of subsoiling should be more than 3 cm more than the depth of plow bottom. Deep loosening operation depth range is generally 25~35cm. Therefore, due to the different soil conditions of the cultivated land, the operating depth of the subsoiler should be adjusted appropriately. The depth adjustment mainly depends on the hydraulic system. When operating, the force adjustment handle should be placed in a high lifting position and fixed. At this time, move the position adjustment handle of the tractor forward and down to increase the tillage depth; adjust the tillage depth in the opposite direction to decrease. When the desired depth of subsoiling is reached, block the adjustment handle with the positioning handwheel to ensure that the machine reaches the same position every time it descends.


(3) Adjust the soil penetration angle. Under normal circumstances, when the tooth tip of the subsoiler falls into the soil and contacts the surface of the arable land, it is necessary to meet the requirement that the cutting edge of the subsoiler should have an inclination of 3 ° ~ 5 °. If the inclination angle of the subsoiler is not qualified, the horizontal state of the subsoiler in the front and rear directions can be changed by adjusting the length of the tie rod on the tractor or the hole position of the suspension frame seat plate to ensure that the blade tip can be buried under the normal inclination angle. The subsoiler should be kept horizontal before and after reaching the predetermined tillage depth.


Generally speaking, the local subsoiling method is usually used to loosen the soil and destroy the bottom layer of the plough.
