1. Structural characteristics of round plate rake

The safety requirements must meet the relevant national standards. Safety signs shall be fixed on dangerous parts, in accordance with the provisions of relevant national standards. For hand-operated parts, the operating surface shall be smooth and free of burrs or sharp corners.
2) When hanging or semi-hanging the rake, "Be careful! In order to safely identify the folding rake "away from the machine", a locking mechanism is required during transportation, "lock the folding rake during transportation" and "be careful! Keep away from the machine "safety sign.
3) The traction rake shall be equipped with safety pins or other devices that can be automatically disconnected when the force exceeds the limit. The specified materials and specifications must be used for the bolt type bolt, and any substitution is not allowed.
4) The landing gear mechanism of the disc harrow shall be safe and effective, flexible in operation and stable in action. Hydraulic hoses, pipes and accessories shall be properly placed and protected to prevent the liquid from directly splashing on the operator at the operation position when it is broken.

6) The operating instructions shall record the precautions for safe operation and the safety contents of maintenance, and shall comply with the provisions of relevant national standards. Precautions for Safe Use of 2.2 Disc Harrow
1) Before use, check whether the fastening bolts and nuts are loose, especially the square shaft nut must be tightened. Please tighten and lock the nut at the front end of the square shaft, and do not loosen the rake. Otherwise, the inner hole of the rake will bite the prism axis round. The thickness of rake tooth is less than 0.5mm, the length of tool tip defect is less than 15mm, one rake tooth defect shall not exceed 3, and the square shaft shall be flat without defect.
2) The lifting and falling of the hanging rake must be slow and stable, and forced operation is not allowed, and the rake must not be pressed on the soil with human weight. Please work slowly when moving partitions or through the ridge. When the rake is hung for transportation, the lifting handle must be fixed, the stop chain must be adjusted appropriately, and the pull rod must be shortened to ensure the required transportation clearance.
3) Repair, inspection and adjustment of rake teeth are strictly prohibited during work. The tractor rake bucket operation is not allowed to make sharp turns, and the towing rake bucket is not allowed to retreat. The turning and retreat of the hanging rake bucket must be carried out after lifting the rake bucket. When replacing the toothing or clearing the toothing fault, the tractor must first put out the fire or unhook.
4) The safety pin of the drawbar is only allowed to be processed and replaced with low-carbon steel, and it is not allowed to replace it with other materials or change the size at will. Do not use stones, iron and other hard objects to weight the weight box of the rake. Weight boxes and rakes are strictly prohibited.
5) In case of serious soil or mountain dragging phenomenon, the cause shall be analyzed and eliminated, and no compulsory operation shall be allowed. When the rake is close to the ground, please do not touch the ridge or stone ridge. After parking, the suspension device is grounded, and parking in frequent suspension state is not allowed.
6) When reprinting partitions or short-distance transportation, the rake tooth working mechanism must be lifted to the highest position and locked, the agricultural tools are in the transportation position, and the chain is fastened. During transportation, no person or heavy object shall be placed on the rake. High speed driving and sharp turns are prohibited. Long-distance transportation must be carried by rake, machine or whole armored vehicle, and it is not allowed to carry rake.
