1. Working principle of disc harrow

In operation, the plane of rotation of the disc-shaped rake is perpendicular to the ground and at an angle to the direction of travel. The rake blades of the rake group all roll forward together with the angular shaft. Under the action of the raking suction gravity, the raking suction piece cuts into the soil, cutting grass roots or crop stubble, so that the chopped soil blocks rise and fall slightly along the concave surface of the raking suction piece, which has a certain effect of turning stubble. The depth of the rake teeth is related to the mechanical weight and the deflection angle of the disc. The increase of the deflection angle will increase the depth of the rake teeth into the soil and improve the effect of soil crushing and covering.

When raking, the direction of the raking is the same as the direction of the ploughing strip. On soft land, when the soil tip is damaged to a certain extent, it has a good effect. Otherwise, it is difficult to flatten the furrows.

During raking suction, the direction of raking suction is perpendicular to the plowing strip, and the effect of cutting soil, breaking soil and leveling soil is good, but the mechanical shaking is strong and the resistance is large.

In the case of an oblique rake, the direction of the rake is at an angle of 45 to the direction of the plowing strip. Oblique rake, also known as diagonal rake suction method, is a good method for planing soil and breaking soil, smooth machine operation and rake suction.

2. Use of disc harrow

1) When the suspended disc harrow unit is working, the tractor hydraulic system is mostly placed in a floating position. The left and right retaining chains of the tractor suspension mechanism shall be loosened.

2) During mechanical operation and transportation, it is forbidden to stand on the rake platform and stack heavy objects. If a fault is found, stop and eliminate it. When driving is prohibited, directly remove the weeds and mud on the machine with your hands or feet.

3) In the new wasteland with thick grass layer and soil quality, paddy field or saline alkali land, heavy incision should be used for leveling, and the ridge incision should be separated from the grass layer to facilitate leveling. For ripe land with thick soil, a heavier disc harrow can be used, while a lighter disc harrow should be used to increase it, so as not to affect the depth of the soil due to the rebound of the harrow body. Arable soft cooked land, usually using light disc harrow. Light double-row disc harrow or large notch harrow can be used for the stubble after the previous crop harvest.

4) The disc harrow should check the bearing temperature and the installation and tightening of the nut lock plate of each part every 2~3 hours. Please add oil to the bearing every 4~5 hours. When the soil is sticky after rain or irrigation, if the gap between the scraping plate and the rake blade is too large, the rake will be blocked, please remove it immediately. Otherwise the depth of the rake is not enough.

5) During transportation, adjust the angle of the rake bucket to zero degrees to remove the heavy objects on the weight box. In order not to damage the road, not to damage the rake, the rake is removed from the ground.

6) When parking, the double-acting cylinder, hose and quick self-sealing plug shall be disassembled and maintained, the damaged objects shall be replaced in time, and stored in a clean and dry place indoors. It is better to build a rake group with wooden boards, apply oil to rake pieces to prevent rust, and park indoors.

3. Technical status inspection

1) The rake pieces of the same rake group shall be on the same straight line with a deviation of less than 5mm. The edges shall be parallel to each other and the maximum degree of non-parallelism shall not exceed 10mm. The disc spacing shall be equal and the deviation shall not be greater than 8mm.

2) sharp and non-deformed edge, edge thickness below 0. 4mm, edge bevel length 8~10mm, edge angle 15~20. When there is a defect at the edge, the depth of the defect shall not be less than 15mm, the length shall not be greater than 15mm, and each target defect shall not be less than 3.

3) The soil scraping plate is installed above the concave surface of the disc and fixed on the rake table with nuts. The position of the particleboard can be adjusted to have an appropriate gap with the disc, generally the upper gap is 10~25mm, and the lower gap is 3~10mm.

4) The disc harrow group should rotate freely, the harrow blade must not swing on the shaft, and the square shaft should be honest. Do not deform or weld the rake. Each connecting screw shall be tightened firmly and the grease nozzle shall be complete.

4. Adjustment

1) depth adjustment. After the deviation angle increases, the soil deepens, and the effects of soil stacking, mowing, soil breaking and soil turning are enhanced. The deflection angle of the disc rake has a certain adjustment range to adapt to different soil conditions and working requirements. When the soil moisture is high, the deviation angle should not be too large. Otherwise, it is easy to become the cause of clogging and clogging. The adjustment range of the deflection angle of the disc-shaped rake is generally 14~23. The front rake group works on the last rake. In order to make the resistance of the front and rear rows of rake groups basically equal, the deflection angle of the rear rake group should be greater than that of the front rake group. When working in thick and hard soil and the depth of soil is not enough, the rake tooth weighting box can be weighted, but stones and ironware are not allowed. PY-3 disc harrow has a maximum weight of 400kg, while other large incision harrows generally have a weight of 100kg. When weighting heavy objects, please put them on the end that is lifted when raking. The working depth of the rake tooth is limited by the diameter of the rake tooth, and the depth of the rake tooth is about 1/6~1/4 of the diameter of the rake tooth.

2) Horizontal adjustment of rake teeth. Some rakes have a level adjustment mechanism that adjusts the level of the rake. If the suspension rake does not have a horizontal adjustment mechanism, the tractor pull rod and left and right lifting rods can also be used to adjust the longitudinal and horizontal levels of the rake. When more than two rake teeth are connected, the angle adjustment of the two rake teeth must be consistent, the rack is horizontal, and the depth of the front and rear rows of rake teeth must be consistent.

3) Longitudinal horizontal adjustment of rake teeth. The disc harrow is adjusted by changing the height of the installation position of the harrow frame. When the rake in the front row is deep and the rake in the rear row is shallow, the installation position of the traction device on the rake table shall be lowered. In the opposite case, it is necessary to increase the installation position of the rake. The longitudinal horizontal adjustment of the suspension rake is carried out by changing the length of the tie rod of the suspension device. When the front row rake is deeper and the rear row rake is shallower, the tie rod must be adjusted longer, on the contrary, the tie rod becomes shorter.
