Winter lawn mowers stored for more than 30 days: drain the fuel in the fuel tank and start the gasoline engine until it stops due to fuel exhaustion. When the engine is hot after shutdown, drain the oil in the crankcase first, and then add new oil to the appropriate scale according to the recommend grade. Remove the spark plug, drop 5-10 ml of engine oil into the cylinder block, turn the crankshaft several times, and then install the spark plug. Clean the dust and debris around the cutter head, body, cylinder block, cylinder head radiator, air deflector, net cover and muffler. When storing, it should be placed horizontally on the ground and covered with a cloth on the lawn mower to prevent dust from falling.
Clean the mower thoroughly. Before the lawn mower is idle for a long time in winter, the bottom, deck and fuel tank cover of the lawn mower should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid the erosion of agricultural machinery by residual weeds and mud. Before cleaning, remove the spark plug and opening device, and use hoses, putty knives and car cleaners to remove impurities accumulated on the landing gear and deck. Use a brush to clean the deposits on the E-mail vent to avoid blocking the vent. Remove oil stains. Oil stains will react chemically when they contact the equipment for a long time, causing the paint on the surface of the equipment to fall off and need to be removed in time. Remove oil stains, spray degreaser on the oil stains of the equipment, let it stand for 10-15 minutes, wipe it off with a towel, and then rinse it off with water. Prevent the exposed parts of the mower from rusting. The exposed part of the mower can be sprayed with lubricant, which can effectively prevent rust. Store the mower in a dry place. Check the wearing parts regularly. Regular inspection of wearing parts and timely replacement of damaged parts can not only improve the working performance of the lawn mower, but also eliminate potential safety hazards.

Before landing the mower, a series of inspections and preparations must be carried out. Add an appropriate amount of cooling water according to the instructions, cover the water tank cover, open the fuel tank cover, add fuel that meets the requirements, do not add too much fuel, close and tighten the fuel tank cover, check whether the tire pressure is normal, not timely inflation, check the cutting The blade is working normally, the tool is intact, the transmission belt should be free of cracks, and the pressure roller should work effectively, otherwise it should be replaced or adjusted in time. Put the gearbox clutch handle and the tool clutch handle in a separate position, put the gear handle in the neutral position, release the tool pinch roller, put it in the walking position, put the throttle handle in the middle position, and then start the engine crank. After starting, slowly increase the throttle and push the gearbox clutch lever to the combined position. Then shift into low-speed forward gear and the mower starts walking.
When the mower reaches the field, stop the machine and make further adjustments. The tracks of the two walking wheels can be adjusted, and the tire on one side is connected to the drive shaft by bolts. There are three connecting jacks on the drive shaft, the tire connection position is different, and the two crawlers are also different. When the slope of the grass is larger, the wider track can better adapt to the ground. Move the pressure cutter wheel to the working position, and adjust the cutter according to the requirements of the cutter height, mainly by adjusting the position of the two screws. Tighten the connecting screws of the blade on the cutter head and the protective cover. Put the two clutches in the disengaged position, put them in neutral, restart the engine, slowly increase the throttle, slowly connect the clutch handle of the cutter head, and the cutter head starts to run. Then combine the transmission clutch, then engage the low-speed forward gear, and the lawn mower starts to work on the ground.
