todisc ploughAgricultural machinery for working parts. Usually, the disc is a part of a hollow spherical surface, the edge of which is ground with a cutting edge to facilitate mowing and access to the soil. The disc is independently supported on the bearing of the plow post, and the surface of the disc forms an angle with the forward direction and the vertical direction, which is called the deflection angle α and the inclination angle β. There are 3~6 disc ploughs on the standard disc plough. When working, the unit moves forward, the disc rolls into the soil, and the soil rises along the concave surface of the disc. At the same time, with the cooperation of the scraper, the soil is turned over and broken. Disc plows are suitable for sticky, dry, hard, rocky and multi-root soils. No need for frequent sharpening and replacement, low maintenance costs, and no solid ditch bottom. Although stubble cover is not complete, it is beneficial to prevent water loss in dry land and salt return in saline-alkali land.

Agricultural machinery using concave discs for plowing soil. When the disc plow is pulled forward by the tractor, the disc rotates around its central axis and the soil is cut at the periphery of the disc. The mound after plowing rises along the concave surface of the turntable and turns to the back side, leaving a furrow after plowing. The plowing effect is the same as the plow, but the quality of the plow is not as good as the plow. Cultivated in green fertile fields, grass roots, stony land, sticky wetlands and other places, it has stronger cutting ability and better soil permeability than plows, and is easy to take off soil and not easy to block.
The disc plow includes a left arm shell, a left arm, a gear box, a transmission gear, a meshing sleeve, a joystick, a sprocket box, a disc shaft and a disc, a left box, a driving shaft, a right box, a driven shaft, and a driving bevel gear And driven bevel gear. The driven bevel gear is fixed at the input end of the driven shaft. The driving sprocket and the driven sprocket are installed in the sprocket box, and both are double sprockets. The driving sprocket and the driven sprocket are connected by a double chain. Disc plow and tractor three-point connection cooperation. During operation, the coulter rotates to flip the soil. It is suitable for ploughing complex farmland such as overgrown weeds, upright stalks, large soil specific resistance, and brick and stone fragments in the soil. The utility model has the characteristics of non-tangling grass, non-blocking, non-turning soil, cutting crop stalks, overcoming soil masonry fragments, high work efficiency, good work quality, convenient adjustment, simple and durable.
Ordinary disc ploughs also have two-way disc ploughs, which can be turned left or right. The plow beam on which the plow post is mounted can swing horizontally from left to right relative to the plow frame to accommodate the reversal of the disc. The reversing control mechanism can be mechanical or hydraulic. The two-way disc plow can always turn the soil ridge to one side of the field, and the surface is smooth after ploughing, leaving no furrows and ridges.
The rotating surface of the vertical disc plough is perpendicular to the ground, with only deflection angle and no inclination. The disc of the vertical disc plough is smaller, and there are more discs on one plough (the number of discs of the large vertical disc plough can reach 30 to 40), which is mainly used for shallow tillage and stubble removal. It can also be equipped with seed boxes and fertilizer boxes for joint operations of plowing, sowing and fertilizing.

The correct use and maintenance of the disc harrow: in operation, the technical condition of the rake, scraper, square shaft, bearing, angle adjuster and connecting parts should be checked frequently, especially the end nut of the disc harrow group and the fixing bolts of each bearing. If it is found loose, tighten it in time, and remove the weeds and dirt on the workpiece in time.
How to maintain planter accessories
Planter A planting machine using crop seeds as a planting object. Planters for a certain type or crop are usually named after the crop type, such as wheat planter, cotton planter, etc. Planter accessories are very effective in farmland operations, so the planter accessories are easily damaged. Unlocking Soil Potential: The Role of Soil Rippers in Modern Agriculture
Soil rippers are essential agricultural implements designed to tackle compacted soil, enhance aeration, and improve overall soil health. In agriculture, the condition of the soil is paramount, as it directly impacts crop yield and sustainability. Soil compaction can lead to reduced root penetration, poor drainage, and limited nutrient availability, which in turn affects plant growth and productivi
