1. Anti-overload protection: Various situations often occur in soil operations. Large stones and other debris in the soil will affect the operation and damage the machine. Two anti-overload devices are usually designed for combined ground preparation machines: shear bolts and anti-overload springs.

When the current operator encounters strong resistance during operation, the shear bolt will naturally break, and then the subsoiling hook will be lifted to protect the machine. However, the spring-type anti-overload device will tighten the spring to avoid debris after encountering resistance, and the shear bolt will be triggered when the spring reaches the upper limit. Usually the upper limit of the spring lifting tool is 25-30cm, after which the shear bolt is triggered. Compared with the former, the latter has advanced configuration, which can reduce the maintenance cost and number of times caused by mechanical overload. Loosen the hook type plough: According to the different requirements of the tillage depth and different soil conditions, the combined soil preparation machine needs to cooperate with different types of plough pieces. 3. Soil moisture separator

Spring: low price, simple structure, power saving during operation, suitable for mild to moderate soil, no stubble. With anti overload device, low maintenance cost. Disc type: suitable for medium and heavy clayey soil, with certain stubble-extinguishing effect. The bearing is fixed with rubber to prevent overload, with high power and high cost.

4. Pressure roller height adjuster
According to different tillage depth and soil conditions, users need to adjust the height of the soil moisture collector and the pressure roller to obtain the desired effect. Generally, the two regulators can be divided into manual adjustment and hydraulic automatic adjustment. Since adjustments are irregular, simple manual adjustments are generally used to reduce procurement costs. However, in some large plots, due to the different soil conditions in different locations of the same plot, hydraulic adjustment can achieve fast and convenient height adjustment.
