3MZ-*** series suspended orchard sprayer is mainly composed of frame, medicine box, liquid pump, fan clutch, fan, belt pulley increasing device, pressure regulating distributing valve and sprinkler head, which is connected with tractor suspension. The axial flow fan with large air volume and light weight is selected. In order to ensure the safety of the operator, the air inlet and outlet of the fan are installed with safety protection net. Description

Main structure and working principle

The axial flow fan with large air volume and light weight is selected. In order to ensure the safety of the operator, the air inlet and outlet of the fan are installed with safety protection net. After the power of the tractor power output shaft is increased by the clutch pulley, the fan impeller is driven to rotate.

The spraying parts are divided into two groups, which are installed on both sides of the fan outlet and controlled by the distribution valve.

In order to ensure that the liquid pump, valve and nozzle are not blocked by stolen goods, a two-stage filter is set at the charging port of the medicine box, the inlet of the liquid pump and the nozzle of the sprayer.

Spray machine reserved external valve for external spray hose and remote spray gun or adjustable spray gun.

Working principle: when the power output shaft of the tractor drives the liquid pump to rotate through the universal joint drive shaft, the liquid pump will suck the liquid in the liquid medicine box into the liquid pump for pressurization. After the pressure regulating valve, the liquid medicine will flow to the two groups of nozzles located at the left and right air outlet of the fan under the control of the distribution valve, and atomize into tiny droplets. At the same time, the clutch driving belt pulley installed on the pump shaft will drive the impeller to rotate at high speed after the speed is increased to produce strong air flow from the outlet outlet, and the fog droplets formed by atomization of the nozzle will be blown to the fruit trees on both sides. Under the blow of the airflow, the branches and leaves of the fruit tree will shake, and fog drops will enter the inside of the fruit tree and deposit on the surface of the branches and leaves. In this way, with the walking of the tractor, the fruit trees on both sides can be sprayed at the same time, with high efficiency and good penetration. When there is no fruit tree on one side at the boundary of the orchard, the distribution valve on one side can be closed for single-side spraying.

When there are scattered fruit trees in the orchard, or the fruit trees are high and not suitable for air spray, you can spray with a long range or adjustable spray gun. In this case, the fan should be off the clutch, close the two sides of the distribution valve, open the reserved external valve, connected to the external spray hose and spray gun, so that when the power output shaft to drive the liquid pump rotation, the fan does not work, liquid pump discharge after pressure regulation, by the spray gun.

When the sprayer is working, the medicine liquid discharged by the liquid pump, in addition to providing the spray, the rest of the medicine liquid will flow back to the medicine liquid tank through the pressure regulating valve and backwater pipeline, and the medicine liquid in the medicine liquid tank will be stirred hydraulicly to improve the uniformity of the concentration of the medicine liquid and prevent the concentration unevenness caused by precipitation and even the problem of drug harm.
