Compared with the current commonly used spray methods, the 3MZ-*** series orchard sprayer has the following characteristics:

2, the main structure and working principle

3MZ-*** series suspended orchard sprayer is mainly composed of frame, medicine box, liquid pump, fan clutch, fan, pulley speed increasing device, pressure regulating distribution valve and nozzle, etc., and is suspended and connected with tractor.

The fan is an axial flow fan with large air volume and light weight. In order to ensure the safety of the operator, the air inlet and outlet of the fan are equipped with safety protection nets. After the power of the tractor power output shaft is increased by the clutch pulley, it drives the fan impeller to rotate.

The spraying parts adopt combined anti-drip nozzles, which are divided into two groups, installed on both sides of the air outlet of the fan and controlled by the distribution valve.

The sprayer is provided with two-stage filtration at the dosing port of the medicine tank, the inlet of the liquid pump and the nozzle to ensure that the liquid pump, valve and nozzle are not blocked by dirt.

External valves are reserved for the sprayer for external spray hose and remote spray gun or adjustable spray gun.

Working principle: When the power output shaft of the tractor drives the liquid pump to rotate through the universal joint drive shaft, the liquid pump sucks the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine tank into the liquid pump for pressurization. After the pressure is adjusted by the pressure regulating valve, the liquid medicine is distributed The valve controls the flow to two sets of nozzles located at the left and right air outlets of the fan, and atomizes them into fine droplets. At the same time, the clutch drive pulley installed on the pump shaft will increase the speed and drive the impeller to rotate at a high speed to generate a strong airflow from the air outlet, and the mist droplets formed by the spray nozzle will be blown to the fruit trees on both sides. Under the blowing of the air, the branches and leaves of the fruit trees shake, and the mist droplets enter the interior of the fruit trees and deposit on the surface of the branches and leaves. In this way, with the walking of the tractor, the fruit trees on both sides are sprayed at the same time, and the operation efficiency is high and the penetration is good. When the operation reaches the boundary of the orchard and there are no fruit trees on one side, the distribution valve on one side can be closed to spray on one side.

When there are scattered fruit trees in the orchard, or the fruit trees are relatively high, which is not suitable for air spraying, the long-range spray gun or adjustable spray gun can be used for spraying. In this case, the fan clutch should be disengaged, the distribution valves on both sides should be closed, the reserved external valves should be opened, and the external spray hose and spray gun should be connected. In this way, when the power output shaft drives the liquid pump to rotate, the fan will not work, and the liquid pump will discharge After the pressure is adjusted, the liquid medicine is sprayed from the spray gun.

When the sprayer is working, the liquid medicine discharged from the liquid pump provides spray, and the remaining liquid medicine flows back to the liquid medicine box through the pressure regulating valve and the water return pipe, and the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine box is hydraulically stirred to improve the uniformity of the liquid medicine concentration and prevent uneven concentration and even drug damage caused by precipitation.

This sprayer is equipped with two types of nozzles. The spray volume (L/min) of a single nozzle is shown in the following table:

(1) Check whether the tightness of the triangular tape is appropriate. If the tape is too loose, it should be tightened. The method is: first loosen the connecting bolts (3 on each side) on the fan and the frame column, turn the screw on the top of the column, tighten the triangular tape to an appropriate tightness, and then tighten the connecting bolts.

(2) Check the amount of oil in the pump. If the amount of oil is insufficient, add an appropriate amount of clean oil.

(3) Hitch the sprayer with the upper and lower suspension rods of the tractor, and insert the lock pin;

(4) Connect both ends of the cardan shaft to the liquid pump and the tractor power output shaft respectively
Note: When installing the universal joint drive shaft, the locking pins at both ends must be locked in place, and the locking screws must be tightened to prevent the shaft head from being thrown out during work.

(5) Add water and medicine: first, add appropriate amount of pesticide according to the control ratio, and then add clean water to the appropriate water level.
Note: Water must be added through the filter screen at the mouth of the medicine box. It is strictly forbidden to remove the filter screen and add water and medicine to prevent sundries from entering the medicine box and causing blockage!

(6) determine the nozzle model: according to the size of fruit trees, the degree of occurrence of pests and diseases, pesticide varieties and ratio requirements and other factors, determine the size of the unit area of spray and tractor operating speed, and then determine the selected nozzle model.

(7) According to the size and shape of the fruit tree, adjust the opening position of the outlet wind deflector at the lower part of the fan.

After the above preparations are completed, the spray operation can be carried out.

2. Spray operation

(1) the tractor to the required spray orchard.

(2) Lift the sprayer to a suitable height through the suspension rod.

(3) Engage the fan clutch; as required, open the distribution valves on the left and right sides or on one side, and close the external valve.

(4) Engage the power output shaft of the tractor to rotate the liquid pump and fan. Adjust the pressure regulating handwheel on the pressure regulating valve to adjust the pressure to the required spray pressure.

★Note:

1. The power output shaft of some tractors is equipped with low-speed gear (540r/min) and high-speed gear (720r/min). When the sprayer is operating, it should be in low-speed gear. It is strictly forbidden to use high-speed gear to prevent the fan from rotating at too high speed. Affect safety

2, the pressure should be adjusted from low to high, and the pressure should not be too high.

(5) release the clutch pedal, the tractor forward, start the spray operation.
If the anti-drip valve leaks during spraying, the anti-drip nut can be tightened. If the nozzle is found to be blocked during work, stop spraying, remove the nozzle cap, take out the nozzle and filter screen, clean it, and continue to work after reassembly. Note: It is strictly forbidden to use thick metal needles to poke the spray holes on the nozzle, so as not to damage the spray holes and cause the spray quality to drop!

(6) When the sprayer ground head turns, the power output shaft must be cut off first, and the power output shaft must be engaged after the line change.

3. If long-range spray gun or adjustable spray gun is required for spraying, the fan clutch shall be disengaged, the distribution valves on both sides shall be closed, the reserved external valves shall be opened, the external spray hose and spray gun shall be connected, and the power output shaft shall be in low gear (540r/min); Combined with the power output shaft to operate the liquid pump, adjust the spray pressure to 1.5~2.0Mpa, and the spray operation can be started.

4. After the spraying operation is finished every day, clear water is added into the medicine box to make the sprayer run, and the medicine box, body, liquid pump, pipeline and nozzle are cleaned to reduce the corrosion of residual liquid to machines and tools.

5. safety operation precautions

In order to ensure the personal safety of the operator and the safety of the machine, the following safety operation specifications must be observed, and the sprayer must be used safely and correctly:

1. When the machine is spraying, the operator must wear long-sleeved overalls and wear protective masks or other protective masks. During the operation, the operator is strictly prohibited from eating, smoking and drinking beverages in open containers to prevent pesticide poisoning.

2. It is forbidden to remove the fan cover for operation.

3. Before hooking up with the tractor, strictly check whether each fastener is firmly connected, whether each rotating part rotates flexibly, whether the oil level is appropriate, and the lubricating part should be filled with enough grease to eliminate abnormal situations in time.

4, strictly prohibit the tractor's power output shaft hanging high-speed gear (720r/min) operation, in order to prevent the fan speed is too high to affect the safety.

5. The connection between the sprayer and the tractor shall be reliable, and the locking pin shall be reliably locked and shall not fall off.

6, the sprayer lifting should be slow, stable, not too fierce.

7. The power output shaft should be combined under the medium and small throttle of the engine. It is strictly forbidden to combine the power output shaft at high engine speed. The sprayer must cut off the power output shaft when transporting and turning.

8, spray working pressure should be appropriate, not too high, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum working pressure spray.

9. It is forbidden to ride or stand on the sprayer during operation or transportation.

10. When the sprayer fails during operation, it must be stopped first, and then checked and eliminated. Maintenance or replacement of parts after the tractor lifts the sprayer must be reliably supported.

11, road transportation, the sprayer should be in the rising position, the ground clearance is not less than 250mm, meet the big ditch slope and other bad roads should slow down and pass smoothly.

6. maintenance

1. The water source should be clean when adding water to avoid clogging the nozzle.

2, nozzle blockage should be cleaned with clean water, it is strictly prohibited to knock or dredge with hard objects.

3, medicine box preparation according to the requirements of agricultural technology, the use of liquid medicine should pay attention to safety.

4. After the operation is completed every day, add a proper amount of clean water into the medicine box to make the pump run, clean the medicine box, pump and the whole pipeline system to reduce the corrosion of residual pesticides on the machines and tools, and finally unscrew the gland of the suction filter to clean the remaining water.

5. After the end of the annual operating season, clean the sprayer thoroughly, replace the oil in the liquid pump, add lubricating oil to all lubricating parts, and keep the sprayer in a clean, dry, cool and ventilated place.

6. Before winter comes, thoroughly clean the liquid in the medicine cabinet and all pipelines to avoid freezing and cracking of machines and tools.
