9G series lawn mower

The 9GW-1.4/1.6/1.8/2.1 semi-suspended (suspended) reciprocating lawn mower is used with a 12-35 horsepower four-wheel tractor. The machine uses an offset crank connecting rod mechanism to drive a cutter for operation. It is suitable for agricultural, forest and pastoral areas. It is used for harvesting natural pasture and planting pasture, alfalfa, reed, green storage fodder, etc. The tractor power output shaft drives the cutting movement of the cutter, the three-point suspension mechanism controls the ups and downs of the machine, and the tractor power output mechanism (operating the tractor clutch) is operated to realize the movement or stop of the cutter. The lifting mechanism is divided into two forms: oil cylinder and lifting frame structure.

Rely on the relative shearing motion of the moving knife and the fixed knife on the cutter to cut the forage. It is characterized by neat cutting, and the power required per unit cutting width is small; it is suitable for flat natural pastures and artificial pastures with general yield. Since the cutter vibrates greatly during the operation, the improvement of the operation speed is limited. The cutting speed of the moving knife is generally less than 3 m/s, and the working speed is generally 6~8 km/h.

The machine is operated by a single tractor driver and has good maneuverability. The hydraulic device of the tractor can be operated to lift the cutter in case of obstacles. The machine has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, powerful cutter cutting, low and neat cutting stubble, and reliable use.
