1. Working principle of disc harrow.
In the working process, the cutting plane of the disc rake is perpendicular to the ground and forms an included angle (deviation angle) with the forward direction. Each rake blade in the rake set rolls forward with a square axis. Under the action of the gravity of the rake, the rake slices cut into the soil, cutting off the grass roots or crop stubble, so that the chopped clod rises and falls slightly along the concave surface of the rake slices, which has a certain flip effect. The depth of the rake is related to the weight of the machine and the angle of deflection of the disc. Increasing the deflection angle can increase the soil depth of the rake and enhance the effect of soil crushing and turning.
When harrowing, the direction of travel of the harrow ground in the harrow is the same as the direction. If the soil is soft, it will have a good effect when the soil is broken, otherwise it will be difficult to rake the ridges and ditches.
In the process of horizontal raking, the traveling direction of the raking ground is perpendicular to the tillage roll, which has good soil cutting, crushing and flat soil cutting effects, but the machine has serious turbulence and large resistance.
During the oblique harrowing process, the direction of the harrowing ground and the direction of the tilling belt form a 45 ° angle. Oblique rake is also called diagonal rake method. It is a better method of raking and has a good effect of cutting soil, crushing soil and peaceful soil. The crew travels smoothly.
2 Use a disc harrow.
(1) When the suspended disc harrow unit is running, the tractor hydraulic system is mostly in a floating position. The left and right limit chains of the tractor suspension mechanism should be in a slack state.
(2) During the operation or transportation of the disc harrow, it is strictly forbidden to stand on the harrow frame or place heavy objects. If a fault is found, stop the vehicle and remove the fault. When traveling, it is forbidden to remove weeds and dirt from machines and tools directly with hands or feet.
(3) Disc harrow For new wasteland with thicker turf layer and sticky soil, rice land or heavy saline-alkali land, heavy-duty gap harrow should be selected to facilitate crushing the harrow and turf layer. For mellow soil with heavier soil quality, heavy-duty disc harrows can be used for operation. If a light disc rake is used, a counterweight should be added to prevent the rake body from jumping and affecting the depth of entry into the soil. Light disc harrows are generally used for soft mellow soil. The pre-crop post-harvest stubble can be used for light double-row harrows or heavy-duty gap harrows.
(4) disc harrow every 2~3 hours, check the bearing temperature and nut lock plate installation and tightening; every 4~5 hours to the bearing oil. In the case of high soil viscosity after rain and irrigation, the gap between the soil scraping plate and the rake blade is too large, which will block the rake, and it should be removed in time, otherwise it will cause insufficient depth of the rake.
(5) During the transportation of the disc harrow, the angle of the rake should be adjusted to zero degrees, and the weight on the weighted box should be removed. Keep the rake off the ground so as not to damage the road or the rake.
(6) When the disc harrow is parked, remove and maintain all double-acting oil cylinders, hoses and quick self-sealing plugs, replace damaged parts in time, and keep them in a clean and dry place indoors; use wooden boards to pad the harrow group and apply anti-rust oil on the rake pieces. Better to keep it indoors.
