2 Use a disc harrow.


(1) When the suspended disc harrow unit is running, the tractor hydraulic system is mostly in a floating position. The left and right limit chains of the tractor suspension mechanism should be in a slack state.


(2) During the operation or transportation of the disc harrow, it is strictly forbidden to stand on the harrow frame or place heavy objects. If a fault is found, stop the vehicle and remove the fault. When traveling, it is forbidden to remove weeds and dirt from machines and tools directly with hands or feet.


(3) Disc harrow For new wasteland with thicker turf layer and sticky soil, rice land or heavy saline-alkali land, heavy-duty gap harrow should be selected to facilitate crushing the harrow and turf layer. For mellow soil with heavier soil quality, heavy-duty disc harrows can be used for operation. If a light disc rake is used, a counterweight should be added to prevent the rake body from jumping and affecting the depth of entry into the soil. Light disc harrows are generally used for soft mellow soil. The pre-crop post-harvest stubble can be used for light double-row harrows or heavy-duty gap harrows.

(5) During the transportation of the disc harrow, the angle of the rake should be adjusted to zero degrees, and the weight on the weighted box should be removed. Keep the rake off the ground so as not to damage the road or the rake.


(6) When the disc harrow is parked, remove and maintain all double-acting oil cylinders, hoses and quick self-sealing plugs, replace damaged parts in time, and keep them in a clean and dry place indoors; use wooden boards to pad the harrow group and apply anti-rust oil on the rake pieces.
