(3) The disc rake shall be installed above the concave surface of the disc and fixed on the rake frame with nuts. The position of the soil scraping plate can be adjusted. There should be appropriate clearance between the disc. In general, the upper gap is 10~25mm, and the lower gap is 3~10mm.

(4) The disc harrow group should rotate freely, the square shaft must not shake on the shaft, and the square shaft should be straight. The rake frame should not be deformed or welded, all connecting screws should be tightened, and the lubrication nozzle should be intact.



(1) disc harrow depth adjustment. If the deviation angle increases, it will enter the soil depth and enhance the functions of piling soil, shoveling grass, crushing soil and turning soil. The deflection angle of the disc-shaped rake has a certain adjustment range to meet different soil conditions and operating requirements. When the soil moisture is high, the deviation angle should not be too large, otherwise it is easy to cause the rake clay and blockage.

Disc rake angle adjustment range is generally 14 ° ~ 23 °. (2) the level of the horizontal adjustment of the disc harrow. Some rakes have a level adjustment mechanism to adjust the level of the rake frame. When the suspended rake does not have a horizontal adjustment mechanism, the vertical and horizontal level of the rake frame can also be adjusted by the upper pull rod and left and right lifting rods of the tractor. When more than two rakes are connected, the angle of the two rakes should be adjusted, and the frame should be horizontal to ensure that the depth of the front and rear rakes is consistent.

(3) vertical horizontal adjustment of disc harrow. The traction rake is adjusted by changing the suspension connection position on the rake frame. When the rake in the front row is deep and the rake in the rear row is shallow, the suspension position of the traction device on the rake frame should be reduced. On the contrary, the hanging connection position on the rake frame should be improved. The longitudinal horizontal adjustment of the suspended rake is carried out by changing the length of the upper tie rod of the suspension device. When the disc harrow is deep in the front row and shallow in the rear row, the upper pull rod should be adjusted; on the contrary, shorten the upper pull rod.
